A Christmas Carol

Charles Dickens

Dickens’s iconic tale is greater than just the story of Scrooge loosing his scrooginess. It’s a well-written treatise on the glorious transformation of death to life and how that transformation affects far more than just the resurrected. And it’s a good sit-by-the-fire tale.

“There are many things from which I might have derived good, by which I have not profited, I daresay.”
